Work with us

You could join our front-line teams in ensuring everyone has a brilliant time when visiting a Trust place, or join us behind-the-scenes working toward protecting Scotland’s nature, beauty and heritage for everyone.

Whether working in a formal garden or on a hillside, our outdoor teams are out in all weathers, helping our visitors to have enjoyable and safe experiences. There’s also a wide range of support roles in areas including IT, Marketing, Finance and Retail, working to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, inspire more visits and securing the future of our charity.

There are National Trust for Scotland properties all across the country, with regional teams appointed to look after the Highland & Islands, North East, Edinburgh & East, South & West and our Mar Lodge Estate in the heart of the Cairngorms. We also have a Central Services team largely based in Edinburgh, where you’ll find our Audiences & Support, Conservation & Policy, Corporate & Commercial Services, People and Public Engagement & Research teams.
